After losing market in India Harley Davidson is working on a 300cc segment Sportster bike yet knows as SRV 300 and if it comes to India then definitely it will give tough competition to its rivals in this segments.
Harley Davidson is making its sub 300cc segment bike in China in partnership with Benelli’s parent company Qianjiang. Yes, the same company that owns Benelli.
Recent spy shots have revealed that the bike will be compact and sportier to better cruising. It is still unclear that Harley Davidson will come back to India with the launch of this new and competitive bike.
If it comes to India, then it will directly give tough competition to Royal Enfield Meteor, Hero CB350RS, Jawa Perak, Hyosung GV300S, Benda Motors Jinjira 300, and few others.

Since Harley Davidson has not revealed the specifications of this bike yet, so it can not be sure on any things. But as we can see in the spy shot this bike is featuring a V-Twin engine that can produce somewhere around 30-35 Bhp of power.
This Harley Davidson SRV 300 will produce more power than its rival in India as it has a V-Twin engine but average mileage will significantly lower than others.
Though some information has leaked from documentation of the company as they have applied. In the documentation, it says that it will be known as SRV 300 and can run as faster as 129kph which is similar to RE bikes in this segment.
